The room was compact and the hotel was set 16 miles to the airport. The breakfast at Cezar was FINE, we loved it. Good service from the staff members.

The big big balcony was a bonus. Slasticarna Manja, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed cezar from the moment we entered. Nice comfy base for a city break in Banja Luka;)))

location in front of crvene zgrade bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away. just a stone's throw park mladen stojanovic and other tourist destinations. we greatly enjoyed staying at cezar.
